The attached measuring cup contains about 15 g of product

For the preparation of 1 Pancake:

dissolve 50 g of product in 120 ml of natural water, beating the mixture with a whisk until a foamy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the pancake mixture into a non-stick pan with a diameter of 18 cm, heated and lightly greased with oil and cook for a few minutes on each side, covering with a lid. Finally, garnish to taste (e.g. maple syrup, jam, peanut butter, pieces of fresh fruit, etc ...)
