The product is used in the culinary field as a thickener and stabilizer in various foods such as sauces, gravies, jellies and confectionery products, significantly increasing both the overall volume and consistency.

The attached measuring cup contains about 3.5 g of product.

Add 1.5 measuring spoons of xanthan gum (equal to 3 - 5 grams) to 100-150 ml of plain water, stirring for the time necessary to disperse the product. It is also possible to add the product as it is to liquid foods or drinks.

The intake in large quantities of xanthan gum could lead to an increase in the intestinal water content, facilitating the onset of cramping abdominal pain and flatulence.
