Prepare your pancakes using the Bio Line ready-to-use mix in a few simple steps. You will be able to try tasty high-protein pancakes with low sugar.
You can choose between the two variants of pancake mix, available in different flavors:
Pancake Oat Egg - pancake mix based on gluten-free oat flour and egg white
Pancake Oat Sport - pancake mix based on gluten-free oat flour and egg white with milk proteins
- Preparation: 10 minutes
- Cooking: 6 minutes
- Makes 1 pancake
- Bio Line Pancake Mix Powder (Pancake Oat Egg or Pancake Oat Sport): 50 g
- Natural water: 120 ml
- Topping (eg peanut butter, maple syrup, jam…): to taste
Dissolve 50 g of product in 120 ml of natural water, beating the dough with a whisk or fork until a thick and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the pancake mixture into a non-stick pan with a diameter of 18 cm, heated and lightly greased with oil and simmer for 2-3 minutes on each side, covering with a lid. Finally, garnish to taste with maple syrup, jam, peanut butter, pieces of fresh fruit.
