Psyllium fiber is a food product consisting of a powder obtained by grinding the cuticle of the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant.

Psyllium cuticle flour it is an important source of soluble fibers, in fact it contains a high quantity of natural fibers which in the presence of water form mucilage.
The product is indicated to be added to food preparations in which you want to increase the quantity of soluble fiber for diets that are lacking in it.
Soluble fiber in psyllium may have a laxative effect.

The attached measuring cup contains approximately 2.5 grams of powder.
We recommend taking a measuring cup 1 or 2 times a day, at the main meals, depending on your needs.
Disperse and solubilize the product in 250 ml of water.
Do not take psyllium at the same time as medications; the compound could reduce the absorption of the active ingredients.
Take the product with the indicated amount of water.
Do not ingest the product in case of swallowing disorders and inability to take an adequate amount of fluids.
Protect from light and humidity: close the package immediately after use.
